The creation of the Fatal project is used to benefit users of Discord to have a safe, strong, and helpful bot with an easy UI to help with your server and punish any users along the way. Why does a Discord bot have rules? because stuff like abusing or using a Discord bot to violate Discords ToS is bannable and the rules stated here are to warn users of the danger that they may face when breaking these rules. Any attempt to breach the ToS (including Discords) will have your account either terminated, banned, or blocked from using Fatal, it is vital you follow all rules stated here.
Abusing Fatal to an extent that is played of as something like using the bot to spam is prohibited and this can result in you being blocked from using the bot.
Using the bot for illegal activity is obviously 100% not allowed, never do anything that is illegal with my bot or this will result you in being completely blacklisted from ever using Fatal forever and have you reported to Discord for breaking the ToS.
Breaching our network, launching DDoS attacks to bring the core bot offline which harms the community, attempting to steal private information or trying to login with my credentials to gain control of my VPS or Fatals terminal protocol will result in you being forever blacklisted and reported to Discord for attempting to hack and DDoS.
Attempting to put fake reviews putting the bot down, making bad accusations or trying to put the bot down in any serious way when their is no reason to be doing it will have you blacklisted for a limited time. This obviously does not mean you can't write bad reviews this just means you can't put the bot down when you have no reason to in a serious way. People writing bad reviews is fine I'm not too bothered but any serious comments about the bot when it is not true will have you blacklisted, if you don't enjoy the bot then its fair to leave bad reviews but bad reviews that attract a lot of attention and make our bot look bad when the review isn't true will have to temp blacklisted.
I reserve all rights to modify, discontinue and update these Terms of Service at any given time with or without notice to the public.
Anyone with high control over the bot has the rights to blacklist any member from using the bot for any valid reason, whether it is documented here or not.
I reserve rights to use your information listed in the section for Fatal-bot to function and to blacklist your server, and as the developer I do not have any rights to use your information for harmful intent or collect any other data without your knowledge, however I do reserve rights to collect information that is not listed here incase it is importantly needed, but you as the user should be notified if this happens.
Fatal-Bot's code may never go open source, the bot will always be kept private and the code will always be my work. This means that I will never allow any repeats of this bot, any code, asset or branding related to Project Fatal we reserve the rights to take legal action and file any take down requests. Nobody should steal anything related to this project.
Personal data is never collected in any way, however, we do collect:
Guild ID: Added to the database when using database type commands.
Channel ID: Added to the database when using database type commands.
User ID: Added to the database when using the economy commands.
Username: Collected to identify any users who break the ToS so we can recognise them in future.
Total Server Members: For further insight of your Discord server, the more info we have the easier it is to identify the correct server incase issues occur. (Collection of this data may be removed soon in future.)
Fatal will never be used as a threat to steal any information at all, the only info we collect is the info we need for the commands to be able to function in your server. Once you grant perms and invite Fatal, you're in control of what it does, no daily messages, no spam, the only response you get from the bot is when you use it's slash commands, other than that, Fatal is 100% clear from any type of danger. Please note that if there is any type of spam, threat or danger to your server within the bot then it will always be likely that I have messed something up within it's code and will be a Fatal mistake on my part, I always take care of the code that goes into Fatal to make sure major bugs and threats are not unleashed. Most bugs are mainly just commands not working or displaying info wrong anyway, so no need to worry about any major threats.
You are 100% required to follow the ToS when using my bot for absolutely anything on Discord and failure to comply with this will have you blacklisted from using the bot and or potentially terminated or banned from Discord.
I will never have plans to use this type of information for anything else other than using it for commands that need this information to function and for servers that break the agreement here. Anyone who wants all of there information removed from the database must let me know via the with your User ID and Server ID and should remove Fatal from your server.
